Why So Blue?
Why so blue... Harvey Weinstein Prince Charles and Evelyn de Rothschild Media CEOs dominate ranks of top-paid executives Charles Schumer
A 90-second montage repeatedly turns public figures and a media-executive collage blue, beginning with Pepe the Frog painting a grotesque blue figure. The joke is a surreal “everything is blue” gag that connects the color blue with wealth, scandal, and recognizable political or celebrity faces. Nguyen Hoang Phuc’s “Da Nau” plays underneath, adding a dramatic, absurd music-video mood that makes the escalating blue transformations feel intentionally ridiculous.
