College Scratch Attempt Gone Wrong

Probably a scratch… used to play in college

At night on an outdoor court, a person in an orange shirt attempts an acrobatic handstand or flip and crashes hard onto the pavement. The caption jokingly calls the failed athletic move a “scratch” supposedly used in college, while the sudden slam makes the boast especially absurd. It works as a reaction to someone whose confidence or claimed past achievements clearly exceed their current ability.
