What it means

An anime-style tug-of-war shows two girls pulling a blue-shirted character away from each other while insisting that he belongs to them. The final panel reveals the joke: the real obsession is with Anai, making the dramatic jealousy absurd and possessive. It is used as a playful reaction to competing over a favorite character or person.
