Inventing Clay Targets

What it means

A man in a red shooting vest demonstrates a Benelli shotgun at an outdoor clay-shooting range. After apparently running out of clay targets, he fires at an empty cartridge as it ejects from the shotgun, jokingly “inventing” a new target to keep shooting. The clip is used as an absurd reaction to creative or unnecessarily dangerous problem-solving.
