Nestor Makhno Disguise
The Ukrainian anarchist military leader Nestor Makhno was known to employ cigarettes as part of his guerilla tactics. His most commonly assumed disguise involved putting on makeup and dressing as a woman, so that he could survey enemy positions without detection. [1][17] Nestor Ivanovich Makhno / Height 1.59 m
An anime-style drawing portrays Ukrainian anarchist military leader Nestor Makhno as a short, blushing young woman in a bonnet and blouse. The joke comes from the caption about his alleged disguise and the unexpectedly cute feminine illustration, making it useful as an absurd reaction image about historical figures being reimagined as anime characters.
