Text on the meme

Russia after being banned from the Apple App Store, DOTA 2, Marvel movies and Pornhub

What it means

A family looks out over a bright, futuristic city filled with towering buildings, fountains, and advanced technology. The joke sarcastically imagines Russia becoming a utopian civilization after being cut off from popular Western apps, games, movies, and adult websites, implying that the bans somehow lead to a better future.
