What it means

A three-panel meme shows two smiling women labeled as Yuri from Japan and Korea, followed by a bald man in headphones labeled Yuri from Russia. An audience remains uninterested in the first two panels but becomes wildly excited at the Russian Yuri, joking about exaggerated enthusiasm for the Russian version and likely referencing the video-game character Yuri from Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2.
