You May Spank It Once

Text on the meme

you MAY SPANK IT ONCE.

What it means

A small green frog sits on a lily pad in a pond, shown from behind and then in profile with rosy cheeks. The joke is a playful double entendre: the viewer is allowed to spank the frog, but only once, making it a silly reaction to a limited or one-time opportunity.
