Barbie Girl

What it means

EN: A video clip featuring colorful cartoon birds: a frightened yellow chick watches a large predatory bird, after which they dance and move to music on a purple stage with spotlights and fireworks. The joke comes from the unexpected combination of the bird’s intimidating appearance and Aqua’s carefree pop song “Barbie Girl,” turning the scene into an absurd musical meme.
