Every Time I Turn My Back
*every time i turn my back Today we're gonna be expecting heavy northeastern wind due to the tropical weather down in the south as well as heavy precipitation in the Southern part of Florida back to you bill
A person with brightly dyed rainbow hair turns their back while another person in a white shirt appears behind them and rubs or pats their head. The overlaid weather forecast calmly describes heavy northeastern winds and precipitation, creating an absurd double meaning because the “weather” is happening directly behind the person. The clip ends with “back to you bill” as if it were a serious TV news report.
