What it means

A cartoon cat wearing glasses and a shirt holds a sign demanding food while loudly meowing. The joke is that the bowl is already full, but the picky cat wants fresh food and will later let it dry out before begging for more. It is used as a reaction to annoying, demanding behavior or a pet refusing perfectly good food. EN: A cartoon cat wearing glasses and a shirt holds a sign demanding food while loudly meowing.
