Wallpaper Horse Loss and Return
My desktop wallpaper cycles between these two images so every 10 minutes I am overwhelmed by the loss of my horse or overcome by the fear of its return.
A horse stands in a living room in one desktop wallpaper image, while the same room is empty in the other. The joke is the exaggerated emotional reaction to a wallpaper changing between losing the horse and fearing its sudden return; it is used as an absurd reaction to emotional instability or dramatic mood swings.
