Same Pay for This

Text on the meme

Same pay btw

What it means

A construction worker drills and works on a wooden frame while another person stands nearby wearing a red bucket over their head. The caption jokes that everyone gets the same pay despite the absurdly different levels of effort and competence; the drill noise and deadpan reaction make the workplace situation even funnier.

Speech

I just mark it up.
