Doom on the ICU Monitor
Today I visited my grandmother in intensive care. While I was there, I ported Doom to the bedside monitor using Claude Opus 5.5. I synchronized the in-game health percentage with the patient's pulse; if the health drops to 0, the pulse also drops to zero. This makes the game more exciting.
A hospital bedside monitor displays Doom while an elderly patient lies in an intensive-care bed. The joke is the absurdly dangerous synchronization between the game's health bar and the patient's pulse, presented as a more exciting gaming experience. It is used as a dark-humor reaction to reckless ideas or inappropriate gaming situations.
