Me and the Boys Making 2D Games
Me and the Boys making 2D Games with Unreal Engine 5
A group of grinning cartoon villains poses together beneath the caption about making 2D games with Unreal Engine 5. The joke is that using a powerful modern 3D engine for a simple 2D project is excessive, while “me and the boys” frames the project as chaotic teamwork. It is commonly used to joke about overengineering a simple task with sophisticated tools.
