Intimidating C++ Tech Stack
What’s the technical stack that you’re working on? We primarily write code in C++ and TypeScript for an Electron desktop app. We host our users on a remote Ubuntu 18.04 machine that runs GPUs to quickly encode & capture a Google Chrome window. The app that users run, that renders the remote Chrome window, is focused on macOS first. If you think writing C++ code might seem challenging or intimidating, have no fear: we will help you ramp you up. We didn’t know much C++ at first either. We use Firebase to store information about users, virtual machines, etc.
