Private Repository Grind

Text on the meme

"Yeah man the job market is so tough right now" sorry, I’m paid for real work that I commit to private repositories

What it means

A tweet shows someone complaining that the job market is tough, accompanied by a GitHub contribution graph. Another developer sarcastically replies that their paid work is committed to private repositories, so their contributions are invisible on the public graph. The joke is about developers appearing inactive because professional coding activity is hidden from public view.
