Everyone Is Motivated Differently

everyone is motivated by something different. for some folks it's money, for others it's a paycheck. some people are even motivated by cash hitting their bank account. others do it for the love of getting paid.

A humorous text meme points out that people are motivated by different things, then repeats the idea using synonyms for money and payment. The punchline is the deliberately circular wording: money, a paycheck, cash, and getting paid all mean essentially the same thing. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to jokes about motivation or financial incentives.
