Software Engineer Interview Gauntlet

Text on the meme

Send a CV Get rejected Regular People Send a CV Interview with HR Interview with developers Technical Interview Get rejected Software Engineer

What it means

The meme contrasts regular people, who simply send a CV and get rejected, with a software engineer who must survive multiple exhausting interview stages before being rejected. It humorously exaggerates the difficulty and length of the software engineering hiring process, making it useful as a reaction to stressful job applications and technical interviews.
