A bell-curve meme shows a bespectacled person at the peak recommending “UMIS AND DESIGN DOCS WITH AN ARCHITECT,” while people at both extremes say “DO STUFF AND FEEL IT OUT.” The joke is that both very low and very high levels of intelligence supposedly arrive at the same practical approach, while the average person overcomplicates documentation and design. It is used as a reaction to debates about whether to carefully plan software architecture or simply build and adjust as needed.
