Make Plugin to Download GitHub Projects

Text on the meme

Make Plugin to Download GitHub projects Make the Plugin automatically compile Projects into exe Upload the source code to github Dont publish exe

What it means

A man gradually applies clown makeup while a developer’s increasingly questionable plugin plans appear beside him: downloading GitHub projects, compiling them into an executable, uploading the source code, and then refusing to publish the executable. The joke is that the final decision makes the entire project look absurd and clownish, often used to mock closed-source software or hypocritical developers.
