What it means

A January 2024 calendar displays several numbers correctly, but replaces 30 with “thirty” and 11 with the misspelled “eleve.” The joke is the absurd mismatch between ordinary calendar formatting and written-out, incorrectly spelled numbers, making it a reaction to confusion, incompetence, or something inexplicably wrong.
