A screenshot of a Wikipedia revision comparison for Arkady Volozh’s biography shows edits changing him from a “Russian billionaire” to a “Kazakhstan born Israeli technology entrepreneur,” along with revisions to his birthplace, citizenship, and former Yandex CEO status. The joke is the dramatic geopolitical and identity rewording presented in the dry, bureaucratic format of a Wikipedia diff, making it useful as a reaction to an obvious rewrite or politically sensitive edit.
