Navalny Social Engineer Nomination

Text on the meme

I hereby nominate Navalny for the Social Engineer of the Decade Reward. This pretext call is epic, epic stuff. I wonder what will happen to this FSB agent for being so stupid. What do you think?

What it means

A screenshot of a social-media post nominates Navalny for a fictional Social Engineer of the Decade award and praises a supposedly epic pretext call. The joke mocks an FSB agent for allegedly being tricked by Navalny, so the image is used as a sarcastic reaction to an embarrassing intelligence failure.
