Rust Logo on Black Background
RUST LOGO ON MY BLACK-BACKGROUND WEB SITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW FOUNDATION RULES

The joke is that the minimalist design contains no actual logo and humorously treats an empty black screen as compliant branding.
