A wooden Trojan horse labeled with layers of software code is being wheeled into a fortress, while a developer presents QA with a tiny styling update. The joke is that a seemingly small frontend change secretly contains a large refactor, experimental debugging code, and unfinished feature code. It is sent as a reaction to scope creep or deceptively risky software changes.
