Text on the meme

The Enterprise Journey to Cloud cloud architects sysadmin LEGACY SOFTWARE DBA project managers senior developers Startups Journey to Cloud rails scaffold... heroku deploy... fly, little buddy... cloud native app

What it means

The top panel shows an enormous dragon-like legacy software system being dragged toward the cloud by cloud architects, a sysadmin, DBAs, project managers, and senior developers, while the bottom panel shows a startup happily sending a small bird labeled “cloud native app” into the cloud. The joke contrasts the heavy complexity and bureaucracy of enterprise migration with the simple, lightweight cloud journey of a startup.
