Trying to Make a Beautiful Xi
Me trying to make a beautiful Xi Expectation: Reality:
The meme compares an elegant handwritten-looking symbol resembling the letter Xi with a photo of Chinese President Xi Jinping speaking at a podium. The joke is that trying to draw a beautiful “Xi” produces an awkward result, while the reality is Xi Jinping himself. It is used as a pun-based reaction to failed handwriting or drawing attempts.
