A tiny excavator sits beside the enormous Ever Given container ship, which is stuck in a narrow canal. The joke compares an oversized AI model to the massive ship and a limited GPU to the tiny construction vehicle, expressing that the model is far too large for the available hardware. It is used as a reaction to demanding machine-learning workloads or insufficient computer resources.
