Senior Programmers Ignore the Bug

Text on the meme

Senior Programmers be like.. There is a bump here, so please watch your step...

What it means

A rainy anime scene shows a hooded man warning a girl about a bump in the street, while she falls into it in the next panel. The joke compares senior programmers to someone who notices a bug but leaves it unfixed, merely warning others about it.
