UI vs Users Playtime

Text on the meme

UI Users I love it! Me too!

What it means

A split-panel cartoon contrasts a user interface with its users. In the UI panel, children enjoy a mobile over a crib, while the Users panel shows colorful stuffed toys spinning like a cheerful mobile. The joke is that a simple interface can feel delightful to people even though the users themselves are portrayed as childlike toys being entertained.
