The Student Computer Class Script
When I was in high school we had a computer class. Every student PC had the same setup: write-protected C: drive with preinstalled software and empty D: drive for temporary student work. After the class students should store their work on network drive and clear the D: drive. Sometimes students forgot to clean the D: drive so when I come next I had to clean it by myself. To automatize this, I added 'xdel /sndr D:\' command to my login script, so every time I log into my student account all the files on the drive D: were recursively deleted. Once the computer class was full, every student computer was busy, but I really wanted to use the computer, so I convinced the administration to allow me using the teacher's computer. That's all I have to say.
A computer-class administrator describes how he automated deleting files from the temporary D: drive whenever he logged in. When all student computers were occupied, he convinced the administration to let him use the teacher’s computer, implying that his destructive cleanup script ran there too. The joke is a deadpan confession that he created a much bigger problem through automation.
