A dimly lit conference presentation shows a slide titled “Beck’s Rule for Simple Design,” listing principles of simple software design beside a humorous photo. The joke comes from presenting a technical design rule in an overly serious conference setting, with the awkward image adding a reaction-meme feel. It can be sent when discussing software engineering, prioritization, or a comically formal explanation of something simple.
