Senior Network Engineer Chaos

Text on the meme

network engineer SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER

What it means

The top panel shows a stick figure accidentally stepping on a rake, while the bottom panel shows several people enthusiastically performing chaotic stunts with rakes on stairs and rails. The joke is that a senior network engineer handles ordinary problems by turning them into dramatically more complicated and hazardous-looking situations.
