These Men Shoot At Their Feet For Fun

What it means

Two men in traditional Middle Eastern clothing appear to launch themselves into the air by firing a weapon at their feet while standing on a patterned carpet in a dry mountainous landscape. The absurd image humorously presents dangerous rocket-powered flying as a casual hobby, parodying the idea of men doing reckless things for fun.
