JavaScript Equality Makes Sense
θ == "θ" true JS θ == [] true So, if θ == "θ" and θ == [] then surely ["θ" == [] That makes sense to me. false
A JavaScript-themed comic shows Patrick Star labeled “JS” accepting that θ equals both a string and an empty array, while Zoidberg confidently concludes that the string must equal the empty array too. The joke mocks JavaScript’s confusing loose-equality coercion and the absurd conclusions people draw from it. It is sent as a reaction to bizarre programming behavior or unintuitive code logic.
