Warfare Then and Now
WARFARE 1940s 2026
A split-panel drawing compares 1940s warfare, shown as a simple propeller plane dropping bombs over a crowd, with 2026 warfare, shown as a futuristic aircraft covered in logos, characters, and references while people stand beneath it. The joke contrasts the straightforward imagery of old war with the chaotic, commercialized, internet-saturated absurdity of modern warfare.
