A person in a brown costume moves around a home gym in increasingly bizarre ways, swinging in a hanging pod, crawling on the treadmill, and scrambling away. The deadpan caption turns this strange private routine into a joke about how unknowable people's lives are behind closed doors. A playful music soundtrack heightens the surreal, escalating feeling and makes the unexpected movements funnier.
