Patrick the Exclamation Butt

Text on the meme

This is my cat Patrick. I also call him exclamation butt

What it means

A white cat with black markings walks away through a doorway, with its upright black tail and round black spot resembling an exclamation mark. The joke is that the cat’s markings look like an exclamation point, so the owner calls him “exclamation butt.” It is used as a cute, absurd reaction to surprise or an oddly shaped pet.
