Text on the meme

What it means

Two Korean men stand on a rooftop holding rifles, with one aiming toward the distance and the other watching nearby. The joke suggests that France needs the famously armed “Rooftop Koreans” meme response to civil unrest or riots, using exaggerated cultural shorthand as a reaction to chaos.
