Clown Expert at Spinning Plates

A clown in a colorful polka-dot costume and party hat introduces themself as an expert at spinning plates, walks away, and returns holding a plate close to the camera. The joke is the confident claim that they can spin plates, followed by an awkward, chaotic demonstration that undercuts the boast and makes the clown’s confidence funny.
