Peter Meets Mother Earth

Oh, it's mother earth from the 1990 experimental film Begotten.

Peter Griffin opens the door and sees the grotesque, blurry figure of Mother Earth from the 1990 experimental film Begotten. The joke comes from treating an extremely disturbing experimental-film image as if it were a normal person being casually introduced, making it useful as an absurd reaction to something horrifying or bizarre.
