What it means

A homemade burger is shown on a black plate, then cooked in a frying pan with pickle slices before becoming an absurdly oversized burger stacked with a huge tomato and an enormous amount of lettuce. An angry voice complains that the restaurant gave him bizarre ingredients instead of the requested order, making the ridiculous burger itself the punchline and a reaction to messed-up fast-food orders.
