ADHD People Still Not Leaving
People with ADHD an hour after they said they were on their way:
A shirtless man sits absent-mindedly in a large armchair, apparently relaxing instead of leaving. The joke is that people with ADHD may intend to leave but become distracted or lose track of time, making “on my way” much less immediate than promised. It is sent as a self-deprecating reaction to being late or delayed.
