What it means

A Letterboxd-style review screenshot shows three women dressed in provocative outfits walking out of a shop or venue, with a small inset image of an open mouth. The joke is exaggerated self-deprecation: the reviewer compares seeing the film’s bizarre or sexual imagery to showing a dog the inside of a dishwasher, implying it is overwhelming and incomprehensible.
