Where to Dump Used Oil

I just changed my oil. Where do I go to dump this?

A person posts in a local forum asking where to dispose of used motor oil, while a photo shows the oil poured into a makeshift container inside the back seat of a car. The joke is that they appear to be asking for proper disposal advice while already transporting the messy waste in an absurdly improvised way, making this a reaction to careless or clueless behavior.
