Building a Baltic Team

Text on the meme

I'm building a team 🇱🇻🇪🇪🇱🇹, just need to find a green woman

What it means

A tweet shows two cropped women’s torsos in red and dark green clothing alongside the Latvian, Estonian, and Lithuanian flags. The joke references assembling a team from the three Baltic countries, with the missing “green woman” humorously represented by a woman with dark skin. It is used as an absurd reaction to jokes about national colors and team-building.
