El Mencho Captured Through His Simp

The Mexican government has confirmed that the capture of El Mencho was achieved thanks to tracking one of his prostitutes, "Maria Julissa".

The joke portrays him as a simp whose attachment to an OnlyFans-style woman exposed his whereabouts, matching the uploader’s mocking caption.
