What it means

A nostalgic Windows XP “Sample Pictures” folder is open, showing four default landscape images: blue hills, a sunset, water lilies, and winter scenery. The joke is the intense nostalgia of seeing the computer interface and stock wallpapers many people remember from childhood or early home computers, making it a reaction to reminiscing about the past.
