Old Jojo Art vs New Jojo Art

old jojo art new jojo art

A split-panel comparison shows a heavily built, mustached man under “old jojo art” and a slender, long-haired, fashionably posed person under “new jojo art.” The joke exaggerates the dramatic shift from the muscular early JoJo aesthetic to the more slender, stylized and androgynous character designs associated with later JoJo art. It is used as a humorous reaction to changes in an art style or franchise aesthetic.
